The ART300 series of motorized stages provides precision
rotational positioning for laboratory and industrial
applications alike. This industrial-grade stage has excellent
accuracy and resolution, making it the ideal indexer for
precision factory automation.
Each stage incorporates dual large diameter pre-loaded
angular contact bearings that are spaced to provide excellent
runout and wobble specifications, as well as good load
handling capability. The drive mechanism is a precision gear
and matched worm that are pre-loaded to reduce backlash.
Both the ART320 and ART330 are oil-filled to assure long
gear life at high continuous table speeds.
All stage tabletops feature Teflon-impregnated hardcoats,
with stainless steel Helicoil inserts to prevent thread wear.
Motor and Drives
All ART300 stages include an Aerotech brushless
servomotor. A full range of matching drives and controls are
available for a complete single-source solution.
